After playing with an iPhone for a few weeks, here are a few of my biggest gripes:
- Shorter battery life than my Blackberry
- Slower email composition (more steps)
- No keyboard shortcuts
- No consolidated Inbox
- Ergonomics: isn’t as comfortable in my hand
- No visual indicator for waiting email/voicemail without checking screen
- No voice dialing
- No chat

Check this out for voice dialing, a cousin had it at a wedding we went to in Oct. It seemed to work better than the built in one I have in my phone.

The problem with iPhone chat apps is they only run in the foreground. Chat on the BB will run in the background and vibrate when I get a msg.
